Poor driving posture a pain in the neck

THE WRONG driving position could be putting millions of commuters' health at risk, according to a major physiotherapists' organisation. Drivers who don’t adjust their car seat and steering wheel to suit their individual needs are risking significant further problems, says the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Latest census figures for England and Wales reveal that almost two-thirds of workers (15.3 million) commute by car and the CSP says poor driving posture is a key factor that can lead to musculoskeletal problems such as back and neck pain.

The Beetle GSR is a homage to the Yellow-Black Racer Beetle from the 1970s (GSR stands for Gelb Schwarzer Renner – which means Yellow-Black Racer) which featured a similar paint job, boosted power (a whole 49bhp) and was also limited to 3,500 units. GM adds to coverage for certified preowned cars

General Motors is changing up its certified used-vehicle program to include two years of oil changes, tire rotations and multipoint inspections, the company said on Friday. The Owner Care program kicks in on June 11 and covers certified preowned Chevrolet, Buick and GMC vehicles. GM will provide Owner Care for two years or 30,000 miles, whichever comes first.
